Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate or  Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy, or equivalent.
  •  Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding and compliance with College practice standards.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interprofessional team.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to set priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management skills; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality, availability and performance.
  • Commitment to continuous education & supporting clinical placements for learners.
  • Recent experience in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice and care pathways.
