
ONA Transfer Form - RN - RFT & TFT - Surgery - Ortho (199075-67)
PLEASE NOTE: ONA Transfer Forms are valid between January 1st and Dec 31st each year, therefore you must complete one each year to be included in this process.
Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS certification (Level C).
- Must have started Coronary Care 1 within 1 year of start date.
- Must have current or recent clinical experience within the last 2 years in orthopedic surgical nursing.
- Must have completed a physical assessment course within past 5 years.
- Demonstrated skill and knowledge of I.V. Therapy and venepuncture is required.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality and availability.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and patient safety, considers safety of self and co-workers
