Qualifications:

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
  • Excellent organization, time management skills; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of acute care experience preferred.
  • Experience conducting and interpreting Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to set priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding and compliance with College practice standards.
  • Displays strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interprofessional team.
  • Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality, availability and performance required.
